Terms of Use & Linking Policy

You represent and warrant that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and that you have full authority to accept them. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

• Take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on the infrastructure of any Site.

Crescentic makes no warranty as to the accuracy of third-party information and does not endorse or recommend any products, services, or information available through those third-party sites.

If you would like to link to any Crescentic Site, you must comply with the following:

• Do not incorporate any Site Content into your website (no in-lining, framing, or browser environments around Crescentic content).
• Only link by providing an underlined, textual link (the "Authorized Link").
• Do not present the Authorized Link in a manner suggesting Crescentic has any relationship or affiliation with your website.
• Your website must not present false information about Crescentic, its products, or its services.
• Do not use any Crescentic names, logos, designs, slogans, or Marks in any metatag without express written permission.
• Your website must not contain content that could be construed as distasteful, offensive, or controversial.

Crescentic reserves the right to terminate your access to any Site for any reason, including violation of applicable laws or breach of these Terms. You agree that any termination may be effected without prior notice.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions. Crescentic reserves the right to alter or delete the Site Content at any time at its discretion.

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and applicable U.S. federal laws, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. You agree that any proceedings relating to any Crescentic Site shall be maintained in the courts of the State of New Jersey or the U.S. federal district courts sitting in New Jersey, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
