Human Rights & Anti-Slavery Statement

Crescentic provides digital coordination platforms across financial wellness, institutional infrastructure, and accountability through cloud-based products. While our operational footprint is primarily technology-driven, we recognize that human-rights risks can exist in any global supply chain, including software development, data services, customer support, and professional services. Accordingly, we have implemented the following controls.

Crescentic requires relevant suppliers and service providers to acknowledge and confirm their awareness of our commitment to combatting slavery and human trafficking. Where appropriate based on risk, suppliers may be asked to:

• Confirm the policies and procedures they maintain to prevent forced labor and human trafficking.
• Describe how they assess and manage risks within their own operations and supply chains.
• Certify compliance with applicable labor and human-rights laws.

Crescentic reserves the right to follow up on responses that are unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent with our standards.

Crescentic reserves the right to assess supplier compliance with our human-rights and anti-slavery expectations. Audits or reviews may be conducted directly by Crescentic or by qualified third-party assessors, on either an announced or unannounced basis depending on circumstances and risk. Our intent is corrective, not punitive; we seek to work collaboratively with suppliers to remediate issues within a reasonable timeframe. Persistent or material noncompliance may result in suspension or termination of the relationship.

Suppliers and service providers must certify that:

• All labor used in the provision of goods or services complies with applicable laws relating to slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking in the jurisdictions in which they operate.
• Their practices are consistent with the expectations outlined in this Statement and in any applicable Crescentic vendor standards or codes of conduct.

Such certification is a material condition of the commercial relationship.

Crescentic requires all employees, contractors, and temporary personnel to comply with this Statement. Failure to comply may result in counseling or additional training, disciplinary action up to and including termination, and contractual remedies for third-party contractors or service providers.

Crescentic provides training and guidance, as appropriate, to employees and contractors with responsibility for vendor selection, third-party risk management, and operations, security, and compliance oversight. Training is designed to ensure understanding of human-rights risks and individual accountability in preventing slavery and human trafficking.

This Statement is reviewed periodically and approved by Crescentic LLC management. It reflects our ongoing commitment to ethical operations, responsible sourcing, and respect for human rights.
