Marketing opt-outs
To opt out of marketing communications:
- Email: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any Crescentic email.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any Crescentic SMS.
Even if you opt out of commercial emails, we may still need to contact you with important transactional information about your account.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
To request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of Personal Information that Crescentic maintains about you, email privacy@crescentic.ai with your specific request. We may need to verify your identity before processing. Crescentic cannot delete information where retention is required for internal business purposes or is otherwise permitted by law (for example, fraud prevention or legal compliance).
Sensitive personal information
California residents have the right to limit secondary uses and disclosures of sensitive Personal Information. Crescentic uses sensitive Personal Information only as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. If you have authorized us to collect precise geolocation in a Crescentic mobile app, you can withdraw permission at any time in your device settings.
