Accessibility & Usability Commitment
Applies to Crescentic and every Crescentic product, including wealthABL, docABL, tokenizABL, passABL, PayBax, Gyrence, Lacuna Index, theNeedle, bridgeABL, Corporate Action Chain, E-ZKonnex, RoleCanvas, and JNL Square.
Crescentic LLC is committed to making its websites, applications, and product platforms accessible, understandable, and usable by as many people as possible.
We believe access is not enough. People should also be able to understand information, maintain focus, make informed decisions, and complete important tasks without unnecessary friction.
Our standard
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, across our digital products.
We also recognize that technical accessibility standards do not address every barrier experienced by people with differences involving attention, memory, reading, comprehension, organization, and executive function. Our design practices therefore extend beyond technical compliance. Across our applications, we aim to:
- Use clear language, meaningful headings, and manageable sections.
- Focus each screen on a clear purpose and next action.
- Limit unnecessary choices, distractions, and interruptions.
- Explain why information or an action matters.
- Preserve progress and help users return to unfinished work.
- Avoid requiring users to remember information unnecessarily.
- Provide clear instructions, confirmations, and ways to correct mistakes.
- Support keyboard navigation, screen readers, text resizing, sufficient contrast, and other assistive technologies.
- Give users control over notifications, timing, movement, and presentation whenever practical.
- Avoid taking consequential action on a user's behalf without clear notice and authorization.
Our technology is intended to support attention, understanding, and accountability — not to replace personal judgment or responsibility.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility and usability are ongoing responsibilities. We test, learn, and improve as our products evolve, and we seek feedback from people with disabilities and from people who learn, think, process, and focus differently.
Some areas of our products may not yet fully meet our standards. When we identify a barrier, we evaluate it, prioritize it, and work toward a practical resolution.
